The next Fitness Kickboxing Boot Camp conducted by USA Martial Arts & Fitness Center will begin Oct. 12. This will be the last session conducted before the end of the year, and two different session lengths will be offered this time.
“Because we are unable to get another session before the end of the year, we are offering either a 6-week or 10-week session for the next bootcamp which starts on Oct. 12. We have also added another new time slots on Tuesday-Thursday. It is a 75-minute class, rather than the 90-minute class, and will be held from 4:00-5:15 pm. Every session we have seen class enrollment go up, and we are constantly evaluating our class time offerings so we can accommodate lots of people who are wanting to participate.” states Ron Brockman, owner of USA Martial Arts.
The next boot camp begins on Oct. 12 for all M-W-F participants, and on Oct 13 for Tuesday-Thursday participants. Pre-Evaluations for new boot campers will be held on Oct. 7. People are encouraged to enroll early as class times fill up rapidly, and are limited to 20 people per class, so they can receive personal attention from the instructors.
You do not need any previous martial arts training to participate in this bootcamp, and all classes are held indoors.

Congratulations to Jason Niece who won the boot camp challenge for the session ending June 26. Out of 106 participants, Jason achieved the greatest overall loss. He lost 20 lbs, 14 inches, and reduced his bodyfat by 9.8%.

New Enrollees: Pre-Evaluations for the session beginning on Monday, April 6 are on Friday, April 3. Please come in at the same time that your regular class will be held to have your fitness evaluation.
Current Boot-Campers: Post-Evaluations will be Friday, April 3 for all participants in the M-W-F classes. Participants in the Tu-Th class will have post-evaluations on Tuesday, April 7.

With only 4 days left of this boot camp session, I have no idea who the winner of this session will be. I do know that last session’s winner, is definitely in the running to take it again. She really works hard, and gives it 110% at every class. Final evaluations for this session will be on Friday, April 3. I’ll keep you posted on who wins!
